I need to drill holes in the frame of a travel trailer to fit a #10 screw. The frame is a box frame that I estimate to have between 1/8"and 1/4" thick walls. What size and kind of bit would be the best. I have to drill about 30 holes.

answer
use a 5/32 drill () if you are going to tap the hole if not then use 11/64 () 118° Jobber Drills or larger.
